At F1 Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of Formula 1 history. If your item is not as expected, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original protective casing and shipping box to ensure that memorabilia or race-worn gear is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our official authentication center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
